Review: Break with the usual traditions, Spider-Man was released on DVD today, Friday. Approximately $ 15 almost everywhere, for a set of 2 CDs, it was too good a deal to pass up. I had not seen the film in theaters, so this was my first viewing. Definitely interesting, with a good mix of action and budding romance, the film about the origins of Spider-Man. Although I was a big fan of Superman as a child, I have good memories of Spider-Man comics, and this film is very faithful.no spoilers here - Set 2 disc DVD is one of the best. Picture itself is very powerful, and very colorful, with Dolby 5.1 track is very clear and dynamic sound. Surround Sound completes the picture masterfully, so that the viewer seems to be right in the middle of the action. POINT **** - As explained in other reviews, someone else to watch movies at home on VHS need to get rid of it now! It is a different movie on DVD, the quality picture quality, good, not to mention the extras. With TV widescreen is almost like theater.The EXTRA - Besides movies, one drive has a feature that spider icon pops up in certain places, when pressed, you jump to a short segment to make this scene then jumps you back to the movie. Plus there are two different selected comments for those who want to re-watch the film and hear what went on making.Disk its two fully dedicated extras like screen tests, HBO special, and other aspects of making Spider-Man. Also available Spiderman comic archive covers from 1960 to the present, grouped by decade, and written script to compile the basic story of each issue. Must have for all comic Spiderman fans.There had several reviews on IMDb, usually very short, that litter the film, and may even say something like that to avoid the movie. Make sure that they are fake reviews written for fraudulent purpose, I do not know why. For those who enjoy a fantasy thriller with good communication, Spider-Man is a definite must see.
