The script was very funny and the direction was right. Leads complimented each other perfectly. The speed was very good and kept you interested. That even the slowest part of the whole movie was just a very small part, but it was one of the more human and easier to relate to the things. It should look. |

Review: I saw this movie at the San Francisco International Film Festival. I do not usually see two movies in one day and was tired after seeing another one movie, but Belle woke me up. I really enjoyed it. This movie would be fine as the whole myth, but since it's based on a true story, I found it fascinating. Seen in England in the late 1700's, shows the impact of the slave society. The patriarch of the family is the High Court of Justice in England and leads to an important case concerning the slave trade ship, and coping with the reality of the limitations faced by his mulatto niece. This shows that when a person becomes a part of your family, and you love that person, it changes your perspective on cultural norms. This movie inspired me to look at the actual history of legal cases involve. The film was also shown similarities between white and mulatto niece: because both women have a price on their head and suffered for their place in society, the man ... This movie showed that although much has changed, many thoughts have not changed in 300 years ... Two brothers judicial niece will come from any of the current movie, if you have just updated their style of dress, hair and accents. |
